摘要
在分析轴承套圈在机退磁原理和方法的基础上 ,提出了一种在机退磁装置的新设计 ,该设计摒弃了现有的机下交流退磁方法 ,它由单片机控制 ,用矩形脉冲波在电磁夹具上对轴承套圈在机退磁 ,具有退磁效果好 ,减少生产环节 ,降低生产成本等优点。
Based on the analysis of principle and methods of on-line demagnetization for bearing-rings,an on-line demagnetization device for bearing-ring grinder was designed. With the abandonment of off-line AC demagnetization method,the device is controled by microprocessor,and the on-line demagnetization of bearing-rings is carried on electro-magnetic tongs by rectangular pulse.It has such advantages as good efficiency of demagnetization,reducing production rings and lowering production cost and so on.
