摘要
对光栅传感器输出的两个相差 90°的莫尔信号 ,用内差法进行细分 (倍频 )。使其在莫尔信号变化的一个周期内 ,输出 10个均匀分布的计数脉冲 ,并用计数器对之进行计数 ,从而实现了喷油泵喷油量的测量与控制。实际应用表明 ,用此方法进行测量 ,试验台工作稳定 ,抗干扰性强 ,精度大为提高。
A detailed divisiion is made with interpolation methods to the More signal with a phase difference of 90° produced by a grating sensor,so as to make a grating sensor output of ten even-distributed countable pulses in one shifting cycle.Meanwhile,a counter is used to count it and measure the oil output from oil pump.In practice,measurement by using this method brings about a stable performance,a strong resistance to interference and a high precision.
