介绍一种利用工业控制计算机实现水泥配料的自动控制系统。该系统由工控机、单片机控制器、震动机和传送系统等组成 ,完成对各种原料的比例配送、检测、管理与自动控制 ;采用模糊控制与神经网络相结合的控制算法 ,使系统与PID控制相比具有响应快、控制精度高的特点。

An automatic control system of cement ingredient based on Industrial Control Computer is introduced in this paper. This system is composed of ICC, SCP controller, tremor and transmission system, which allot material proportionally, inspect, manage and control material automatically. With adoption of hybrid algorithm which comprises Fuzzy control and neural network ,the system has such advantages as shorter responsive period and higher control precision in comparison with PID control algorithm.
