The method and way that datebase can be access and how to be used are introduced.To database Access Object(DAO) method,the Jet Engine object model is analysed,and some example procedures are given.In the processing system of the bevel gear precision forging,the access and control to the system database are accomplished through using the DAO Jet.The application of the DAO Jet made the communication between user and system and the exchange between system and database easier,meanwhile,the efficiency of the product design is improved.
