摘要
采用固相萃取技术 ,以二十二烷为内标 ,FID检测器检测 ,建立了一种测定饮料中普鲁卡因的大孔径毛细管气相色谱方法 .测定结果表明普鲁卡因检测的线性范围为 ρ(普鲁卡因 ) =0 .0 4mg/L~ 6 4mg/L ,其最低检测质量浓度为 0 .0 4mg/L ,相对标准偏差为 2 .6 %,平均回收率为 85 .6 %.
A method for the determination of procaine in drink by gas chromatography with wide bore capillary column was described.The gas chromatographic conditions for determination were as follows:FID detector,HP-5 capillary column,10 m×0.53 mm×2.65 μm film;capillary column,column temperature 260 ℃,the injector temperature 300 ℃,the detector temperature 300 ℃,carrier gas ,{15 mL/min} N-2;internal standard n-docosane.All components and standard were separated in 1 min.The average recoveries of procaine was 85.6%,the relative standard deviations was 2.6%.
