摘要
研究了Fe基纳米晶粉芯线圈与电容并联成LC回路的共振频率 fr)随外加磁场变化的特性 ,讨论了磁致频移对Fe基纳米晶巨磁阻抗效应的影响 ,认为在纵向驱动巨磁阻抗效应中 ,磁致频移对Fe基纳米晶巨磁阻抗有十分灵敏的影响 .
Resonance frequency f r of LC circuit composed of a capacitor and a coil which contains Fe-based nanocrystalline powder cores was measured. The properties of resonance frequency f r dependence on external magnetic field were investigated.And effects of magnetic frequency shift on Fe-based nanocrystalline giant magnetoimpedance was discussed.It is finally concluded that the longitudinally driven giant magnetoimpedance in Fe-based nanocrystalline is evidently influenced by magnetic frequency shift.
