摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳对生活在 2种不同生境中的七子花 (浙江师范大学植物园和金华北山 )的过氧化物酶 (Peroxidase,POD)和酯酶 (Esterase,EST)同工酶进行了分析 ,同时以同为忍冬科的珊瑚树作为参照 .结果表明 ,生活于 2种不同环境中的七子花叶片中的过氧化物酶同工酶具有较明显的差异 ,但酯酶同工酶差异不明显 ;
Isozymes of peroxidase and esterase of the leaves of Heptacodium minconioides in two habitats (one of which was from the North Mountains of Jinhua and others was from the botanical garden of Zhejiang Normal University) and Viburnum odoratissimum were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the expression and regulation of some POD isozyme genes are different between the leaves of H. minconioides picked from the North Mountains and those from the botanical garden,but the EST isozyme genes are almost the same.The results also indicated that the expression and regulation of both POD and EST isozyme genes are distinctly different between H.minconioides and Viburnum odoratissimum.
