新基因SNC66在大肠癌组织中的表达研究

Expression of novel gene SNC 66 in colorectal cancer and normal colorectal mucosa

为探讨大肠癌相关新基因SNC 6 6在大肠癌中的表达以及该基因与大肠癌发生的相互关系 ,分别采用常规RT PCR和组织原位RT PCR方法 ,以 β actin为对照 ,对SNC 6 6在大肠癌组织和正常大肠粘膜中的表达情况作了配对研究 .结果显示 ,SNC 6 6在大肠癌组织中的表达显著低于其在大肠粘膜中的表达 ;粘膜组织中 ,SNC 6 6只在上皮细胞和淋巴细胞中有表达 ,在其他细胞中未见表达 .研究表明SNC 6 6可能是一个新的大肠癌抑癌基因 ,SNC 6

This paper aimed to explore the expression of gene SNC 66 in colorectal cancer,and investigate the relationships between the expression of SNC 66 gene and the genesis of the tumor.Normal RT-PCR and in situ RT-PCR method were used to analyze the expression in both cancerous and normal tissues of {SNC 66 } gene.Expression of β-actin was used as internal control to reduce the experimental difference.The ratio of SNC 66 expression in cancerous tissues is lower than that in the paired normal tissues (P< {0.05 }).There is a significant expression reducing in colorectal cancer.There exists a negative relationship between colorectal cancer and gene SNC 66,which can be further explored as a candidate tumor marker.
