浙江省中学体育骨干教师继续教育之研究

Study of P.E. key teachers in Zhejiang secondary school

采用问卷调查、走访、文献研究等方法 ,对浙江省中学体育骨干教师的基本情况和学习需求进行研究 ,分析探讨了制约骨干教师成长的诸因素 。

This paper dealt with the basic status and learning needs of the key teachers of physical education in Zhejiang secondary schools via questionnaire,interviews and documentation.The factors that affect the growth of these teaches were discussed so as to improve the continuing education system of the key teachers of physical education in secondary schools.
