摘要
辽河油田是我国稠油生产的主要基地 ,稠油井在生产过程中 ,伴随有严重的出砂现象。室内研究表明 :在超细水泥中渗入定量的油溶、水溶或高温溶解的增渗剂粉未 ,配制成满足注水泥或挤水泥施工条件的高渗透水泥浆体系 ,能有效地阻止地层出砂 ,同时满足稠油井生产及施工的需要 ,高渗透水泥防砂技术为稠油井防砂工艺开辟了一条施工简便。
Liaohe Oilfield is main viscous crude prodution area.During producion of viscous crude,there are serious sanding phenomena,Through adding quantitative penetrant powder into superfine cement,the high permeability cement slurry system which can meet the cement squeeze or cement squeeze operating condition is formed.It can prevent effectively formation sand production and meet the need of viscous crude well production.Sand control technology of high permeability cement provides a economical and high efficiency method for sand control technique of viscous crude well.
