摘要
铁基形状记忆合金管接头连接管道是一项全新的连接技术 ,为解决中小口径管道的连接问题提供了一种安全可靠的方法 ,尤其适用于带有内涂层的管道工程、焊缝应力腐蚀严重的管道工程和要求无明火连接的管道工程。文中详细介绍了铁基形状记忆合金管接头的材料性能、主要特点及优越性 ,论述了铁基形状记忆合金管接头连接管道的基本原理、操作规程、施工特点、工程应用及可靠性评价。总之 ,铁基形状记忆合金管接头连接管道技术在工程上具有高度适应性 ,尤其适合于野外恶劣环境条件下施工 ,具有广阔的工程应用前景 ,值得大力提倡和进一步推广。
It is a new technology to connect pipes with pipe joints made of ferrous shape memory alloy, which provides a safe and reliable method for small and medium-sized pipe connection, especially suitable for internal coated pipe engineering, serious weld corrosion pipe engineering and fireless-connection required pipe engineering. This paper introduces the material property, major speciality and superiority of pipe joints made of ferrous shape memory alloy in detail. It also discusses the principium, operation regulation, construction peculiarity, engineering application and reliability evaluation of pipe connection with pipe joints made of ferrous shape memory alloy. In conclusion, it is of high engineering applicability to connect pipes with pipe joints made of ferrous shape memory alloy, especially suitable for fieldwork which is in bad conditions. Therefore, it has a perfect application prospect in engineering and it is worth advocating and spreading further.
