摘要
依据松辽盆地南部油气田负压钻井存在的主要技术难点 ,通过对井眼稳定的实验分析、负压钻井的安全与井底负压值的控制设计以及负压钻进结束后压井技术的系统研究 ,确定了以乳化柴油钻井液作为钻进和压井的负压钻井施工方案。首次在国内安全顺利地应用低粘、低切、低密度乳化柴油钻井液体系 ,在探井SN182井、评价井SN98井进行了欠平衡压力钻井施工。在SN182井中新发现了 2个天然气层 ;在SN98井中钻遇了多个天然气层 ,从 2 0 38m点着火到完钻 ,实现了“边喷边钻” ,放喷管线口火焰最高时达 8.5m左右。机械钻速比邻井高 2~4倍 ,1只钻头相当于邻井 2只钻头的进尺。此外 ,该乳化柴油钻井液在加入破乳剂等处理剂后可回收部分柴油 。
On the basis of the main technical difficutly existent in underbalanced drilling in south oilfield of Songliao Basin,and through the experimental analysis of hole stabilization,and research on safety of underbalanced drilling,control of bottom negative pressure value and kill technique after underbalanced drilling,the paper determines the construction project of underbalanced drilling which takes emulsified diesel drilling fluid as drilling and kill.And the emulsilied diesel drilling fluid system with low viscosity,low shearing and low density is used successfully in underbalanced drilling operation of exploration well SN182 and evaluation well SN98.In addition,after the demulsifier is added into the emulsified diesel drilling fluid,part diesel can be retrieved.So,the cost of underbalanced drilling is decreased.
