摘要
介绍了内模定位控制成型技术的施工工艺流程及施工生产实践 ,经实践证明 ,此方法从根本上解决了内模上浮问题 ,可以保证所施工的预应力空心板 (梁 )顶板厚度误差控制在± 5mm之间。
The construction technology and practice of the molding method with fixed internal formwork are introduced in this paper. Practice show that this method solve the floating problems of internal mold which control the thickness error between ±5 mm in construction of prestressed hollow plate (beam).
