摘要
介绍以5CrMnMo为材质的热锻模,并以淮北矿业集团机电装备公司热锻模为例分析,说明模具制作的过程,并根据模具的结构、模具用于被施锻件的材质、模具所要求的硬度和韧性性能等要求,介绍常规淬火热处理和过热淬火热处理2种工艺方法。
This paper introduces the hot forging dies made of 5CrMnMo.Based on the hot forging dies used in our company . We demonstrate the manufacturing processes. And according to the dies structure, the material forged and the dies required properties such as hardness and toughness.We introduces two heat treatment processes normal heat and overheat hardening.
