摘要
研究用聚酰胺室温固化环氧树脂作为胶粘剂,加入不同粒度和不同重量(百分含量)的陶瓷粉末,形成不同的涂层。通过对ML-100磨粒磨损试验机测试,发现环氧树脂涂层的耐磨性与陶瓷粉末的粒度与含量有密切关系。固化剂聚酰胺加入量也会影响涂层的耐磨性,并对优化设计的耐磨涂层与45钢进行了耐磨对比,其耐磨性是45钢的5倍多。
In this paper,epoxy is solidified by polyamide at atmospheric temperature. A series of coatings are formed with different weight and size of ceramic powders,and their wear resistance is measured by ML-100 wear test installations. Wear resistance tests have proved that the wearability of epoxy. Bonding coating is firmly connected with the size and weight of ceramic powders. The ratio of polyamide also affects wear resistance. The coating is more wearable than 45 steel. Coating s wearability is more than 5 times of 45 steel's.
