在分析研究带式输送机工作特性的基础上,提出了用超高分子量聚乙烯材料替代输送机中各式耐磨托辊零件的方法,这对提高带式输送机的工作寿命,降低运营成本具有现实意义。

Based on analyzing the performance characteristic of belt conveyer, a method used UH MW- PE as material of conveyer component for increasing the ability of wear-resisting is discussed.It has realistic meaning in increasing the work life-span of conveyer and reducing the operation cost.
