沉管灌注筒桩的承载特性浅析

介绍了沉管灌注筒桩的成桩设备、施工工艺和承载力计算公式。通过两个场地12组试桩的静载荷试验,对其承载特性进行了分析和研究。工程应用表明,沉管灌注筒桩具有无污染、对周围环境影响小、承载力大、质量可靠和工程造价低等优点,具有应用推广价值。

This paper introduces a new type of driventube castinplace pile.Its construction equipment,construction process and bearing capacity were studied.The loadbearing characteristics of driventube castinplace pile has been analyzed based on insitu load test of twelve test piles on two sites.Analysis shows that the driventube castinplace piles is possessed of several advantages:no slurry contamination,no impact on surrounding environment,high bearing capacity,high efficiency,reliable quality and low cost,etc.So this pile style has great practical value and bright market prospect.
