摘要
提出关于分光光度法的三个新观点:朗伯-比尔定律作为分光光度法的理论基础不够严密,它是机械平面波在均匀媒质中传播吸收的规律;分光光度法的实验基础是化学物质对单色光的选择吸收,这种吸收的特点是,吸收体系对任一可吸收波段的单色光都必然有一个吸收灵敏度最大区间L_s,在此区间内,吸光度的改变量△A_p正比于体系(bc)的改变量△(bc)_p即△A_p=k△(bc)_p;分光光度法的精密度P_r和其它计量测定一样,等于0.66R。
Three new viewpoints on the spectrophotometry were put forward, i. e. Lambert-Beer's law is not strict enough as the theory basis of the spectrophotometry, but it is the propagation absorption law of the mechanical plane wave in the homogeneous medium. Spectrophotometry is based on the absorbing monochromatic light by chemical material, its feature is that there must exist the
highest sensitive interval for any absorbable monochromatic light, in this interval the absorbance difference Ap is proportional to the material system difference (bc)p, that is Ap =k (bc)p. The precision pr of the spectrophotometry is equal to 0. 66R.
