摘要
本文回顾了中国高校工资制度的历史沿革,分析了高校现行工资制度存在的主要问题,提出了中国高校工资制度改革的基本思路:改革的指导思想是科学评价教师的劳动价值;改革的原则是以岗定薪,岗变薪变;改革的关键是建立有效的内部激励机制;改革的核心是构建适合教师劳动的工资制度;最终达到充分调动教师的积极性和创造性,促进我国高等教育的发展。
With a review of the historical development of the wage systems in China's colleges and universities, this paper analyses some major issues in the current wage systems and puts forward an outline for restructuring them. The basic guideline is to evaluate the professional performance of the teaching staff on a scientific basis, with a principle to set the standards of wages in accordance with specific posts, which in turn, determine wages. An essential component involved is an effective rewarding mechanism, coupled with a system that matches the workload of the teaching staff. The ultimate purpose is to arouse their enthusksm and nurture their creativity in an effort to speed up the development of China's higher education.
