等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层摩擦学特性的实验 被引量:7

Experimental research on tribological behaviors of various plasma-sprayed ceramic coatings

摘要 比较了 WC-12%Co,Cr3C2-25%NiCr,Al2O3-20%TiO2和 Cr2O3 4种等离子陶瓷涂层的摩擦学特性,采用同种材料配对的摩擦副,利用SRV试验机进行了高低温干摩擦和高温润滑摩擦的试验。结果表明,存在两种主要磨损机理:塑性涂平和粘着撕裂。另外采用一种含添加剂的全合成油作为400℃时的润滑剂,结果表明对所试验的几种涂层材料具有不同的润滑效应。 For comparing tribological behaviors of WC-12%Co, Cr3C2-25% NiCr, Al2O3-20%TiO2 and Cr2O3 plasma-sprayed ceramic coatings, friction and wear experiments of the coatings were carried out on a SRV Tester with each of them tested under dry friction at low and high temperature and lubricated friction at high temperature. The experimental results indicate that two main wear mechanisms are plastic smearing and adhesive tearing, with applying an all-synthetic oil as lubricant to contact surfaces at 400℃, various lubrication effects on the tested coatings were identified.
