蝴蝶兰的离体培养与快繁技术研究 被引量:13

摘要 将蝴蝶兰花梗腋芽作为外植体,接种于添加不同浓度激素配比的MS培养基上进行离体培养。实验结果表明,不管是已开花的花梗还是未开花的花梗,其腋芽均能诱导产生不定芽,其适宜的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 5.0mg/L;利用诱导产生的不定芽的茎尖进行茎尖培养,可得到大量的原球茎状体,其适宜的培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+10%椰乳+5%马铃薯,其诱导率为65%;原球茎状体进行增殖培养的适宜培养基为KC+5%椰乳+10%马铃薯,其增殖倍数为24.2。 The pebuncle axillary bud of Phalaenopsis marmouset brother stripe was chosen as explants inoculated on MS medium appended with different plant hormone. The results showed that whether the pebuncle blossomed or not, they all could induce adventitious bud successfully, and the optimal culture medium was MS + 6-BA - 5.0 mg/L. Culturing the cauline tip induced by adventitious bud, the protocorm-like body(PLB) was obtained and the suitable medium was MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L+ 10% CM + 5 % Potato-juice, and the inducing rate was 65% .The best proliferated medium of PLB was KG + 5%CM + 10%Potato-juice, and proliferation times were 24.2.
