摘要
分销渠道内在要素的不同组合变化与运动,构成了分销渠道的外在表现形式,主要有三种形态:数量或规模形态、组织形态、管理形态。文章分析了西方具有代表性的有关分销渠道方面的观点,包括四个方面:分销渠道的形成机制,分销渠道的规模决策,分销渠道的组织类型选择以及分销渠道的管理内容。
The different kinds of combination and movement of the internal elements within the distribution channel constitute its external channel appearance, which mainly exists in three forms, quantity or scale, organizational structure and management. This paper analyses the representative views on the distribution, including channel formation mechanism, scale decision, organizational structure selection and management content.
