摘要
本文在评述国内外相关文献的基础上,通过对科层机制与市场机制在劳动分工、权力、信息、绩效评价、激励机制等各方面的比较分析,提出了企业管理市场化的本质是企业管理过程中实现科层要素向市场要素转变、科层要素与市场要素平衡以及各要素之间互补的观点。
Based upon reviewing the literature relevant to internal markets and comparing hierarchy mechanisms to market mechanisms with respect to division of labor, structure of power, information, performance appraisal, and incentives, the paper argues that the nature of marketalizing enterprises management is to transform hierarchy elements into market elements, to balance hierarchy elements and market elements, and to maintain complementarities among all these elements within the domain of enterprises management.
