摘要
通过分析广西华宏水泥股份有限公司日产1000吨熟料干法水泥窑冷却机系统的热工状况,讨论影响冷却机热效率的主要因素.本文重点介绍利用BP神经网络技术对冷却机系统进行热工参数优化设计,并将该优化设计应用于生产的实时控制.
The main factors which influence the heat efficiency of cooler are discussed through analyzing thermal situation in cooler of drymethod cement kiln of 1,000t cement clinker production per day owned by Guangxi Huahong cement corporation limited. This paper put forward emphatically introduced the design of heat parameter optimization in cooler system by using BP neutral webwork. This kind of bettering design is applied to realtime control of production.
