Risk Management System Designing for Chinese Financial Holding Companies

本文在对金融控股公司风险管理系统进行界定的基础上,深入阐述了构建中国金融控股公司风险管理系统的几项重要步骤:目标定位、文化与制度建设、管理流程与组织架构的完善以及信息技术平台的构建,并且指出这些步骤必须适应中国金融控股公司所处的内外环境。

Based on the definition of risk management system of financial holding companies,this paper presents several important steps in construction of risk management system in Chinese financing holding companies.These steps include target orientation,culture and institution construction,optimization of management process and ganization framework,establishment of information platform.Furthermore,it is pointed out that above mentioned steps must accommodate the internal and external environments of Chinese financing holding companies.
