E-Government:An Approach to Modern Public-Service Oriented Government

电子政府极大地拓展了现代公共服务型政府的发展空间,建设电子政府具有促进政府职能转变、提高政府运作效率、增加政府透明度以及增强政府竞争力等重要功能。应以深化行政体制改革为基础,构建一个结构合理、经济、有效的电子政府服务系统。为此,需要增加电子政府建设的制度供给,完善电子政府的运行机制,扩大电子政府服务对象的覆盖面,以及培育电子政府的支持性文化。

E-government could make room for the development of modern public-service oriented government.The es-tablishment of e-government will play an important role in facilitating the transformation of government functions,im-proving the efficiency of government operation,enhancing the government transparency and government competitiveness.Based on the deepening of administrative system reform,a structurally-rational,economic and effective e-government service system should set up.Therefore,it is necessary to increase institutional supply,improve operational mechanisms,expand the service targets and cultivate supportive culture of e-government.
