中国的跨国公司近期有了一定的发展,联合国的《2002年世界投资报告》对此也作了肯定,但中国的跨国公司具有数量少、规模小、能力差的弱点。中国应该加快发展自己的跨国公司,并且具备了基本的客观条件:经济全球化的环境、中国具有较强的整体经济实力、各国更开放的政策以及中国竞争能力的上升、充足的外汇储备、产业实力的提高等等。中国应该加快培养和发展自己的跨国公司,参与国际竞争、占有国际市场、利用世界资源。

Chinese multinational companies have obvious growth recently,which has been affirmed by United Na -tions in its World Investment Report2002.But Chinese multinational companies have characteristics of small amount,small scale and weak competitiveness.China should accelerate the growth of its multinational companies.China has the basic objective conditions for fast development,such as,economic globalization,strong overall e-conomic strength,more opening up policies in the world,ascension of China's competitiveness,abundant foreign currency storage,improvement in industry competency.China should accelerate the cultivation and development of its own MNC and should be active in involvement in world competition,coverage of international market and world resource usage.
