摘要
本文根据图书期刊在馆藏结构、用户利用行为、老化速度及发行方式等方面的不同特点,分别提出了相应的订购决策整数规划模型,并引入调控机制,使决策具有更大的灵活性。该模型具有理论可靠、数据合理、结构完善、实用性强等特点。
This paper suggests separately the integer programming model for respective acquisition decision-making on the basis of the different feature of periodicals in the collection structure, the behaviour of user utilization, the velocity of obsolescense,and distribution mode etc.,and introduces the regulating mechanism, to give more flexibilites to decision-making.The model has the following features: the theory is reliable, data is rational, the structure is perfect. and the practical nature is strong.
