A Basic Framework for Knowledge Management based on the Dual-direction Model

从分析数据、信息和知识的基本概念入手,给出了一种双向模型来描述数据、信息和知识三者之间的正向发展及逆向促进的整体关系,并依据双向模型提出了一种知识管理基础框架。该基础框架是以三者关系为轴线,同时结合了相关的管理方法和技术而构建的。最后,通过一个实际案例分析,说明了本文的研究工作为实施知识管理的组织所带来的结果。

Starting from the basic concept of data, information and knowledge, this paper presents a dualdirection model to describe the relations among them. Based on this model, a basic framework for knowledge management is proposed. The framework is based on an axe by the relations among data, information and knowledge. At the same time, the relevant management methods and technologies are integrated in the framework. Finally, on the basis of this framework, a case analysis is given to illustrate the value of knowledge management in practice.
