摘要
拉浪水电站溢流坝段露顶弧形钢闸门的主梁、纵隔板、支臂的应力值都超过了允许应力,需要加固处理。加固方案采用"点焊灌胶粘钢法"。该方法是先在粘贴的钢板周边与原钢板点焊,并用YZJ 1结构胶密封,预设灌胶嘴及排气孔,然后用0 3MPa的压力向粘钢与原钢板之间预留的1~2mm的间缝中灌注YZJ 3胶,待72h固化即可受力使用。新老钢板粘结密实度达100%,加固后实测应力降幅都在50%左右,满足了应力要求。"点焊灌胶粘钢法"是一创新,通过在拉浪水电站弧门加固的大量实测结果证明,该方法可靠并可保持结构不变形。
