摘要
丰满发电厂水情自动测报系统自1985年开始建设至今已经有18年,通过多年的改造和完善,系统的稳定性和实用性得到了大幅度提高,对丰满水库及第二松花江的防汛工作作出了贡献。通过丰满发电厂水情自动测报系统建设实践,认为水情测报系统的建设应注意以下问题:引进设备时,要注意相关专业人员的培训工作;要注重水情测报数据的积累、整理和分析;电厂专业人员要参与系统的研发过程,以备后期的修改与完善。
It has taken 18 years to construct the automatic measurement and reporting system of water regime of Fengman Hydropower Plant Since 1985 Through the improvement and perfection for many years, the stability and adoptability of the system have been greatly increased and have made great contribution to the flood control work of the Fengman Reservoir and the Second Songhua River With the construction of the system, the following items should be paid attention to: in introducing the equipment, the training work should be stressed; the accumulation, processing and analysis of the measurement data of water regime should be emphasized; and the technical persons of the plant should take part in the development of the system in order to make repair and improvement later
