摘要 培养教师的教学反思能力是现代教师教育的重要任务之一 ,但人们对“教学反思”内涵的理解并不尽相同 ,本文综述了国外研究者对反思、教学反思的内涵以及教学反思水平的不同理解 ,并分析了各研究者之观点的主要分歧 ,以为我国培养反思型教师提供一定的理论基础。 Reflection and the promotion of reflective practice have become popular features of the design of teaching programs, but there are different understandings of the concept of reflective pedagogical thinking. This article introduces and compares these understandings, and tries to provide reference for the cultivation of our reflective teachers.
