After China's entry into WTO, unfledged Chinese venture investment enterprises underwent a large amount of contact and cooperation with foreign venture investment enterprises in 2002. The paper analyzed the reasons underlying the cooperation. And based on appropriate selection of indexes and optimal value ranking, Chinese venture investment enterprises by their venture investment ability were sequenced.
