摘要 随着分子生物学技术的发展,新的技术和方法应用于AM真菌研究,使AM真菌生态学的研究得到了迅速发展,从过去的物种多样性过渡到了以分子特征为主要依据的遗传多样性。本文综述了聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、限制性片段长度多态性分析(RFLP)、随机扩增DNA片段的多态性(RAPD)、rRNA基因序列分析、核酸分子杂交技术、同功酶分析、荧光染料染色及以技术为基础的rRNA和rDNA分析等分子生物学方法的基本原理以及在AM真菌生态学研究中的应用现状和前景。 With the development of molecular biological techniques, some new molecular biological methods are applied to the ecology of AM fungi. These methods advance to the rapid development of the research of ecology of AM fungi, from species diversity in the past to the genetic diversity based on molecular characteristics. This paper reported on the basis of a large amount of literatures, introduces the basic concepts, principles, and their application at the present and in the future on ecology of AM fungi of some new molecular biological methods such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction fragmeng length polymorphism (RFLP), randomly amplified polymorphic DNAs (RAPD), rRNA sequencing, nucleic acid hybridization, isozyme analysis, fluor paint, rRNA and rDNA analysis based on PCR techniques.
