摘要
综述了马铃薯微型薯作为一个研究体系在块茎休眠机制、碳水化合物的代谢调节、转基因和体细胞育种等多方面研究中的应用,指出了微型薯作为研究材料具有背景清楚、操作条件易于人为控制、繁殖诱导快速、结果观察检测简单明了等优点,并论述了微型薯与田间薯块在淀粉粒大小、内源ABA水平变化与薯块萌发的相关性等生理上的差异。同时对该系统进一步的开发利用作了展望,认为微型薯必将成为与块茎相关研究的有用研究工具。
Potato microtuber has been developed slowly as a model research tools although it has been achieved for more than 40 years. In this article, the new study of microtubers on dormancy, carbohydrate metabolism and genetic transformation was summerized, and the advantages of having a clear background, simple operation, rapid propagation, easy observation and examination were indicated. The comparison between tuber and microtuber also was noted. The starch granules of microtuber is smaller than tuber's, and the dormancy release was found related to the rapid decline of endogenous ABA in microtuber but not in tuber. The application of this system on research was also discussed. The system was thought to be a valuable model system on tuber related research.
