In connection with the features and advantages of the southern Shaanxi, comprehensive development of the Hanjiang River (within Shaanxi) should absorb the experience on comprehensive development of Dona River in Austria and Rhone River in France. Particularly, the design scheme should be optimized, stress should be laid on navigation and tourism to achieve diversified economic development and promote development of southern Shaanxi.
