摘要
根据国外大城市的经验,仅靠小汽车无法解决现代城市的交通问题,必须采用大容量的公共运输系统,这其中首选轨道交通。济南市总体规划确定至2020年城市人口发展到400万人,用地400km2,城市形态在东西50km、南北14km的空间内展开,在这种情况下,没有轨道交通是不可想象的。
Based on practices of foreign metropolitan cities, track transportation should be the principal ways for cities with large capacities of public traffics. According to the master plan of Jinan, there will be four millions of people within the 400 km2 areas, which will be a strip with 50 km long and 14 km wide. For this urban form, a scheme for developing track transportation in Jinan is proposed and the feasibility is demonstrated in this paper.
