文章介绍了《国际海上人命安全公约》(SOLAS74)对船舶的瘫船状态的要求,分析了船舶从瘫船状态恢复的几种方式。
This paper introduces the dead ship condition required by the international convention for the safety of life at sea'(SOLAS74),and analysis several methods to restore ship's propulsion from dead ship condition.
