船用交流电动机综合智能保护装置的研制

介绍了一种新型的基于模糊控制的异步电动机智能保护装置。本装置采用了集成移相调控晶闸管交流模块(JYJM),该模块突破以往晶闸管器件的概念,将复杂的移相控制系统和晶闸管创造性地集成为一体。在控制单元中,采用了PIC系列的单片机PIC16C73,而控制方法则采用的是模糊控制。此外,这种新型的智能保护装置对电机的各种故障,如过载、短路、堵转、缺相等,具有综合保护能力。

This paper introduces a new type of soft starter for induction motor by using the integrated thyristor module.The hardware and the software of this soft starter is made simple for using the integrated thyristor module and the microprocessor PIC16C73 and the way of control is fuzzy.This soft starter reduces the current during the course of starting effectively,and shows the function of protection when there are some false occured in the induction motor,such as overload,short circuit,blocking up and short of phases.
