摘要
从剖析我国干线铁路经常改、扩建的现象入手,分析认为设计年度过短是导致我国铁路建设技术标准低、干线铁路经常改扩建的原因之一;建议修改设计年度,近期年度由5年加长到10年,一、二级铁路的远期年度由10年分别加长至20年、15年。
The essay starts with the regular changes and expansions on Chinese trunk railways, and considers that the short design yearis one of the reasons that lead the low technologic standard of Chinese railway construction as well as the regular change andexpansion of trunk railways. It suggests to lengthen the short design year from 5years to 10 years, and the long design year ofClass I and Class II railway are respectively lengthened to 20 and 15 years on the basis of the original 10years.
