摘要
研究了以柠檬酸渣为原料 ,采用混合菌固态发酵生产单细胞蛋白饲料 ,结果不仅提高了柠檬酸渣的适口性和香味 ,而且活菌细胞数达到 4 5亿个 /g ,粗蛋白达 37.8%。
The production of single cell protein feed fermented in solid state with mixed strains was investigated by taking the residues from citric acid fermentation as the raw materials. The result showed that such fermentation not only improved the palatability and flavor of the citric acid dregs but also increased the count of live yeast cells to 45×10 8 per gram and the crude fiber content to 37.8%. Meanwhile, the effects of the compositions of culture medium on the fermentation were also studied.
