摘要
一些专家认为 ,随着加入WTO ,中国经济将进一步对外开放且更多地参与全球竞争 ,未来 10年内中国将出现大规模的企业并购浪潮。目前尚处于“小、散、弱、差”的中国旅行社 ,面对加入WTO带来的冲击 ,急需壮大、完善自己。针对这种情况 ,文章研究中国旅行社如何通过并购将旅游资源紧密地捏合在一起 ,促进产业升级 ,为企业决胜于未来抢占先机 ,同时也为中国旅游行业的变革进行着有益的探索和实践。
Some experts think China will further its opening-up and participate in global compehtion comprehensivehy after its entrance into WTO.Thus,a ware of large-scale Merger & Acquisition(M&A) among Chinese enterprises will emerge in next ten years.Facing the WTO impact,it is very urgent for China's travel agencies to improve themselves.This paper is to explore how China's travel agencies integrate their tourism resources through M&A and facilitate industrial upgrade in order to occupy a better competition position in the future.Meanwhile,this paper also provides a valuable exploration and a useful practice for the reform of China's travel agencies.
