Manufacture of low phosphoric water stabilizing agent used for high hardness water

研制了一种适用于高硬度水质的以聚天冬氨酸为主要成分的水质稳定剂。研究了聚合反应温度、时间对聚天冬氨酸收率的影响,试验表明,此水质稳定剂(SWT—503)具有优良阻垢缓蚀性能。

A water stabilizing agent , which is used for high hardness water and mainly consists of polyaspartic acid , is manufactured .The effect of reaction temperature and time on the yield of polyaspartic acid is studied . The experimental results show that the water stabilizing agent(SWT-503) has excellent performance of scale and corrosion inhibition.
