摘要
我国城市土地估价研究始于上世纪 80年代中末期 ,近 10年来 ,一直是理论界和土地管理部门的研究热点。文章对我国城市土地估价研究进展作了简要介绍和回顾 ,认为在研究思路、评估方法以及评估实践研究等方面 ,紧密结合我国具体国情 ,取得了丰硕的研究成果。
Research on urban land appraisal was started by the end of 1980's in China, Since recent 10 years, the urban land appraisal research has always been the hot topic of land economics The progress of domestic research on urban land appraisal was summarized in this paper. In the author's opinion, the fruitful achievements has been made in the areas of research concept, appraisal methods and appraisal practice wonder the consideration of specific situation of China
