分析了开发19.6 tex竹粘棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺技术。采用竹纤维生产的混纺纱及其织物具有良好的服用性能及抗菌、防臭性能。在竹粘棉混纺纱的开发过程中,要合理选择各工序的工艺参数,以确保成品质量的稳定。

The article analyzes briefly the process and technology for spinning 19.6 tex bamboo/viscose/cotton blended yarn. Fabrics based on such yarn have good wearing properties as well as anti-bacteria and anti-odor functions. During developing such blended yarn, it is suggested to rationally choose technical parameters for each operation step, so as to ensure constant quality of the finished products.
