造纸企业核心竞争力实证研究

Case study on core competitiveness in paper making industry

本文根据核心竞争力的内容和造纸企业的特殊要求,构造一套用于评价造纸企业核心竞争力的指标体系。并以甲、乙、丙三家造纸企业提供的真实数据为基础,对三家造纸企业的核心竞争力进行评价。同时,还分析了丙企业核心竞争力低下的原因,提出了丙企业及其类似企业构建核心竞争力的对策建议。

An indication system for core competitiveness evaluation in paper making industry was constructed according to the content ofcore competitiveness and the special requirement of paper making industry. A comparative evaluation was made of the core competitivenessof three paper making enterprises A,B and C on the basis of the authentic data provided by them. Meanwhile, reasons for the inferior corecompetitiveness of enterprise C were analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in core competitiveness constructionfor enterprise C and the like.
