民风属于地方文化范畴,它对地方经济的发展起着重要影响;民风既有积极的因素,也有消极的因素;摈弃镇江民风中的消极因素,培育、倡导镇江民风中的积极因素,可以增强地区发展的活力,推进镇江现代化进程。

Civil style is a part of local culture, and it is of great importance to the development of local economy. Civil style not only has positive factors, but negative factors as well. We should discard the negative factors of the civil style of Zhenjiang and promote the positive ones in order to strengthen the vigour of local economy and quicken the process of the modernization of Zhenjiang.
