摘要
自“霍桑试验”以来的人性假设为人性化管理提供了理论基础,人性化管理已成为管理理论与实践发展的重要趋势。人性化管理并不全盘否定制度化管理,它以制度化管理为基础,是对传统的制度化管理的扬弃。在管理实践中实施人性化管理,必须树立人性化管理的理念;使制度设计人性化;实现从管理者向领导者的转变;注重组织文化建设,营造文化管理的氛围。
The hypothesis on human nature offers the theoretic basis for humanized management since 'Hawthorn Experiment' . Humanized management has become the important trend of management theory and practice. It doesn't totally deny but is based on systematic management and it is the discard of traditional systematic management. To apply it in management, one should have the concept of humanized management, humanize system construction, realize the transition from managers to leaders, highlight cultural construction and create the environment of cultural management.
