摘要
英语素质的提高是素质教育的一项重要内容。在中学英语教学中突出素质教育的措施:(一)转变教育观念,变“应试教育”为“素质教育”;(二)发挥教师在素质教育中的主导作用;(三)积极开辟第二课堂。
Quality education is one of the most important tasks in middle school English teaching. It can be realized through the following channels: 1. turning 'test-oriented education' into 'ability - centered education' , 2. giving full play to the teachers' role in quality education, and 3. organizing after- class activities.
