胎膜早破181例临床分析

Clinical analysis to 181 premature rupture of membranes

[目的]探讨胎膜早破与分娩方式、母儿并发症的关系及解决办法。[方法]对大连市第四人民医院2000年1月～2002年2月的181例胎膜早破进行分析。[结果]在181例胎膜早破中,剖宫产87例,占48.07％,明显高于对照组的27.28%;两者间差异有显著性(P<0.001);在剖宫产术中,胎膜早破组与对照组相比,胎儿宫内窘迫、头盆不称、臀位的发生率均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。[结论]胎膜早破者剖宫产率较高,与常见的母儿并发症关系密切。

[Objective] To explore the relationship of premature rupture of membranes to birthing maniers, complication of mother and infant and method to solve. [Method] The retrospective analysis was adopted to 181 premature rupture of membranes from January, 2000 to February, 2000. [Results] The cesarean rate and contrast group rate are 48.07% and 27.28%, respectively, significant difference is found between them (P< 0.001). Constrasted premature rupture of membranes group to controlled group, striking differentces are seen in the incidence of fetal distress in uterus, cephalopelvic disproportion and breech delivery(P< 0.01), and the incidence of premature birth, puerperal morbidity, anoxcia of newborn and pneumonia in premature rupture of membranes group are higher than those in controlled group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The rate of cesarean cection in premature rupture of membranes is higher and close to common complication of mother and infan.
